Session Description: The Joint Commission is collaborating with physician/hospital leaders where Lean Six Sigma is working and using Lean Six Sigma tools with several hospitals to develop/prove interventions to identify key causes of failures and tie interventions to those causes. We will build a knowledge base for organizations without RPI expertise. We produced simple assessment tools for hospitals without Lean Six Sigma capacity.
